#10 DIABETES

SORRY FOR BEING LATE TONIGHT .....




Reason       : Insulin (peptide hormone) in proper quantity is not produced by beta cells.

Symptoms : being Much Hungry and Thirsty
                    Vaginal infection
                    Kidney filtration problem
                    Urination problem
                    Infection in FOOT

Prevention : Don't use Sugar (as i told you it's sucrose and fructose, not glucose) Other wise you                              need to take the drip of GLUCOSE.
                     Try JAGGERY  (Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, P) The best choice for sweetening the food
                     Drink as Much water as you can (believe me water really cure a lot of disease)
                     Eat NUTS and Grain and Fiber

   Here is the solution :
                                    MOMORDICA CHARANTIA  (Bitter gourd generally Known as Karela)                                             SEEDS Powder 1 table spoon + Hot water 1 glass  daily
                                      Duration : 30 days              

                                            OR
                                    Black Plum Seed Powder 1 table spoon + Hot water 1 glass  daily till 30 days

                              ->   WALK BARE FOOT on grass in the very morning 5  at least 15 minutes                                              (pretty helpful)
                                   
Suggestion :        No breakfast
                            Lunch time = 8 to 9 AM
                            Dinner = 5 to 6 PM
